went by so fast.
Normally by August I am ready for the kids to be back in school, and have my “normal” routine.
Not this year.
A quick flashback of some of our summer activities…
The pool…many times. Not as many as it could’ve been. So next summer I will try to get to the pool more often.
The fair!!
The food!
The fun.
A quick (kind of…a few hours drive away) trip to some caverns! Super cool!
Making our own moon dough.
A new battle story to tell.
A boy turning 9.
Volleyball camps and clinics.
A fun outing to a farmstead.
Smore snacking!
Lake going…only once. That was good for me. Lake water is kinda grody.
Cousin visiting and having fun.
So…there’s more. Of course. But…that’s what I have been up to. Definitely the opposite of boring.

Yes…something else I did a little of this summer.
So…again…yep. I’ve been busy!
And now school’s back in.
And I have more to share.
Someone started middle school. Someone started her 3 year of middle school. Someone started third grade. Someone is finally in kindergarten. Time is flying!
