How patriotic we are?
It is no secret, I like to dress my children for any holiday.
And especially for the 4th of July.
We are very proud to be American.
That is something I instill in my children at a very young age.
We get to live the way we do because of those that fought/fight for us to be free.
I say Thank you to soldiers I see out and about. Stormy is the first one usually to see someone in uniform.
Paul shakes soldier’s hands and tells them thank you.
They always seem surprised. And they smile and nod their heads.
So…that is the serious part of how we spent our 4th of July.
Remembering what it costs to be free.
The rest of the evening?
Coming up soon!
p.s.
Yes. I did dress for the occasion as well. I had on a red shirt and black capris. And my toenails…
Red, white and blue baby.
Have to tell you, I think it's awesome you're teaching the monsters about patriotism. Makes me proud Sissy.
