A facebook status {borrowed of course}

My Promise to my children, "I am not your friend, I am your Mother. I will stalk you, flip out on you, lecture you, drive you insane, embarrass you, be your worst nightmare, hunt you down like a bloodhound when needed, because I LOVE YOU. When you understand that, I will know you are a responsible adult. You will… NEVER find someone who loves, prays, cares, and worries about you more than I do."

Isn’t that cool? I am that Mom. I yell at/for the kids at their ballgames. I am that Mom. Yes. You know the one. I can be heard yelling to pay attention on the field. I can be heard yelling good job! I can be seen giving high fives. I can be seen whispering to my child to pay attention next time so you don’t miss the ball that stopped a few feet from you. I can be seen giving hugs after the game…no matter the score. I can be seen dealing with all the other kids during one kid’s games. I can be seen going to the nasty restrooms because the two-year-old has to potty…again. At home, I can be heard yelling to pick up. I’m your Mom, not your maid. I can be heard chasing and tickling any child of mine. I can be seen picking up the living room ten times a day. I can be seen switching laundry at least two times a day. I can be seen changing diapers on the only one in diapers now. I can be seen taking pictures of anyone that will let me in my home. I can be seen {thankfully not heard} singing like a rock-star when no one else is around except my kids. I can be seen working with Connor and Sage on where we live, my name, our phone number, colors and numbers and shapes…etc. I can be seen playing nail salon with my daughters. I can be seen hopping around because I stepped on another Lego.I can be seen reading bedtime stories and doing tuck-ins. I can then be seen talking to and having special one on one time with the baby.

What can you be seen doing?
